If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

 

Returns

 

You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Items must be:

 

  • In original condition
  • In original packaging
  • Unwashed
  • All tags attached
  • No make-up stains or perfume smell.

 

Items which are not received in their original condition as defined above will automatically be returned to sender, so please take the utmost care when trying on your purchase. In particular take care not to get makeup/perfume/deodorant on the garment. In the event that a return item is rejected, the decision is final and not negotiable.

 

We recommend using a traceable parcel to return your items. If item is lost/misplaced returning to HipsterCrew, we do not accept any liability.

 

Please insure your delivery for safe return to HipsterCrew so that you are protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to undertake the advised recommendations, you are responsible for loss or damage to the product during shipping.

 

Sale items

 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Refunds

 

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

 

We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

 

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

 

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

 

Shipping

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Product Display

 

Although we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our garments, as computers monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitors display of any colour will be completely accurate.

 

 

Late or missing refunds

 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hipstercrew@hotmail.com.

 

International Returns

 

HipsterCrew, do not offer returns for our international customers, We will only offer returns if the item is faulty. Please contact us first. We will ask for photographic evidence of the fault before you do return.

Any and all returns will be processed via the original payment method provided.
